Hybrid Options for Participation

In Person Attendance: For individuals associated with an IBICA member clubhouse, conference registration for in-person attendance is only $100.

Virtual Conference Access: The virtual conference registration fee is $300 for unlimited simultaneous users associated with a member Clubhouse. If a Clubhouse sends someone to the conference in person, all associated costs (registration, hotel, and travel) will be deducted from the $300 virtual registration fee. If the expense of sending someone is equal to or greater than $300, the unlimited virtual access will be free.
